Nylon Webbing

— High Tensile, Soft Hand, Built for Daily Wear

Nylon webbing is the workhorse of the strap world. Highest tensile strength per gram, smooth against skin and fur, absorbs shock loads without snapping.

Industry Insights

Nylon 6 vs Nylon 6.6 is not a marketing label. Nylon 6.6 has tighter molecular structure, higher heat resistance (suitable for ultrasonic welding), and stiffer hand under load. Nylon 6 dyes deeper, feels softer, and is preferred for fashion and pet products.

Soft hand feel is a differentiator. Many factories sell hard, brittle nylon that scratches fur and skin. We control yarn denier, pick density and finishing roll pressure to deliver a "broken-in" feel from day one.

Quality Control

  • Incoming yarn tensile and denier check on every lot.
  • In-line width and thickness measurement every 2 hours.
  • Dye match checked under D65 and TL84 light cabinets.
  • Tensile test on every production lot.
  • Abrasion test (Taber / Martindale) on request.
  • AQL 2.5 pre-shipment sampling.

Long-term Partnership

  • Stock-color inventory held for your recurring SKUs.
  • We co-develop custom weaves, denier mixes and finishes.
  • NDAs protect your logo, Pantone and product designs.
