Polyester Webbing

— UV-Stable, Low Stretch, Color-Fast

Polyester is the choice for outdoor and load-bearing applications: low stretch, excellent UV resistance, holds color after years in the sun.

Industry Insights

UV degradation is the #1 cause of outdoor webbing failure. Standard polyester breaks down in sunlight within 1–2 years. Our UV-stabilized polyester passes xenon-arc aging tests, maintaining 80%+ strength after 1,000 hours of UV exposure.

Polyester's low stretch (compared to nylon) makes it ideal for load-bearing straps — a backpack hip belt or cargo tie-down must not elongate under load.
